Teamlead

The Teamlead will be responsible for managing a team of employees to ensure the successful execution of projects and tasks. This role requires strong leadership skills, as well as experience in project management and team coordination. The ideal candidate will have a background in a relevant field, such as IT, engineering, or business management.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of employees to meet project goals and deadlines
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members according to their strengths and skills
- Monitor and track project progress, identifying potential issues and addressing them proactively
- Ensure clear communication between team members, clients, and other stakeholders
- Develop project plans and schedules in collaboration with the project manager
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
- Identify opportunities for improvement in processes and procedures
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the team

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (IT, engineering, business management)
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards success
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience in project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Proficiency in project management software tools (e.g. JIRA, Asana)
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively under pressure

Salary: $1300 per month

Location: Vianden, Luxembourg (accommodation provided)

Employment type: Contract (with possibility for extension)
