Architectural Technologist - Design and Drafting Specialist

Our architectural firm in Vianden is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architectural Technologist to join our dynamic team. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting in the design and drafting of various architectural projects. This position requires a strong understanding of building codes and construction methods, as well as proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software.

Key responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and other team members to develop design concepts
- Prepare detailed drawings, plans, and specifications using CAD software
- Conduct site visits and assist with surveys and measurements
- Research building materials and construction techniques to ensure compliance with codes and regulations
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and suppliers regarding project details and specifications
- Review project progress and provide suggestions for improvements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architectural Technology or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in architectural drafting or design
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD or Revit)
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
