Industrial Architect - Vianden, Canada


As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings and structures. Your primary goal will be to ensure that these facilities are functional, efficient, and in compliance with all building codes and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and create design proposals
- Develop detailed plans, blueprints, and 3D models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Oversee the preparation of construction documents and manage the bidding process for contractors
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design plans
- Make necessary adjustments to designs as needed based on safety, budget, and client feedback
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in building materials and techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in industrial architecture
- Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant design tools
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members
- Attention to detail and ability to work within tight deadlines

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1700 per month.

Location:
This position is located in Vianden, Canada. Candidates must have Canadian citizenship or valid work authorization.
