Architecture Manager


We are hiring an experienced Architecture Manager to oversee our design team and manage all aspects of architectural projects. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful completion of projects within budget and on schedule. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality designs.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of architects and designers to ensure project goals are met
- Oversee the development of architectural plans, drawings, and specifications
- Monitor project progress to ensure it stays within budget and meets deadlines
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
- Conduct site visits to review progress and quality of work
- Identify potential issues or challenges and develop solutions to mitigate them
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in architecture

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum 5 years of experience in architecture design, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Extensive knowledge of architectural principles, building codes, materials, and construction methods
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and stakeholders
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software
