IT Manager


We are hiring an experienced IT Manager to oversee the technology operations of our company in Clairvaux. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for managing and implementing the organization's overall technology strategy, ensuring the smooth operation of all systems and networks, and providing technical support to employees.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement technology strategies aligned with the company's goals
- Manage all aspects of technology operations, including infrastructure, systems, security, and data management
- Oversee the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, upgrade, and support of all IT systems
- Identify and recommend new technology solutions that will improve efficiency and productivity
- Ensure data security and backup procedures are in place to protect against potential threats
- Provide technical support for employees regarding hardware, software, and networking issues
- Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in the IT industry

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of information technology systems and infrastructure
- Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously within a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail
- Ability to effectively communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders
- Familiarity with network security protocols and data protection measures
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred)
- Fluent English language skills (required)
