Computer Support Specialist

As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients and maintaining their computer systems. Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for clients
- Install and configure computer systems, networks, and peripherals
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in person
- Ensure all systems are up-to-date with the latest software updates and security patches
- Maintain client databases and perform regular backups
- Train clients on how to use new hardware or software systems

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking systems
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical individuals
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed

Preferred Qualifications:
- Relevant certifications such as A+ and Network+
- Experience working with remote desktop support tools
- Experience with cloud computing platforms
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Java or Python

Salary: $1400 per month

Location: Clairvaux, France
