Title: Teamlead - English Speaking (Contract) (Clairvaux, Kenya)

We are hiring a highly experienced and motivated Teamlead to join our team in Clairvaux, Kenya. As a Teamlead, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of professionals to achieve project goals and targets. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of professionals to ensure project success
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve project goals
- Provide training and support to team members
- Monitor team performance and provide feedback to improve efficiency
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth project execution
- Communicate project updates and progress reports to stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with biometric passports is preferred
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Fluency in English is mandatory

Salary: $1600 monthly (negotiable based on experience)
