Data Analytics Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Analytics Specialist to join our team in Clairvaux. As a Data Analytics Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing large datasets to identify trends and patterns, and provide insights to inform business decisions. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing data analytics strategies and tools, as well as creating visualizations to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze large datasets using statistical methods and data mining techniques
- Identify patterns and trends in data to inform business decisions
- Develop and implement data analytics strategies
- Create visualizations such as graphs, charts, and dashboards to effectively communicate insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand business needs
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
- Continuously monitor data quality and ensure accuracy of analysis
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in data analytics techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, R or other programming languages used for data analysis
- Experience working with large datasets using statistical methods such as regression analysis, clustering, time series analysis etc.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical information to non-technical stakeholders
- Proven experience developing data analytics strategies and tools
