Our construction company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Nairobi. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry, with a proven track record of managing projects from start to finish. The Construction Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of construction projects, including budget management, scheduling, and quality control. They will also be responsible for managing a team of contractors and ensuring that all work is completed on time and within budget. The successful candidate must have strong communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to problem solve and make decisions under pressure. A degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1500 per month. Accommodation and visa sponsorship are not provided. This role is open to English-speaking candidates with valid work permits in Nairobi.
