Data Analytics Specialist



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Analytics Specialist to join our team in Clairvaux. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, developing predictive models, and providing insights to support decision making. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, statistical modeling, and proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.

Responsibilities:

- Analyze large data sets using statistical methods and machine learning techniques
- Develop predictive models to identify trends and patterns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business problems and provide data-driven solutions
- Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders through visualizations and reports
- Continuously monitor data quality and implement improvements as needed
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analytics

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience in a data analysis role
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R
- Strong understanding of statistics and experience with statistical modeling techniques
- Experience working with large datasets and databases
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present findings to non-technical stakeholders

Salary: $1300 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Contract Type: Full-time, fixed-term contract (6 months) with potential for extension
