As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and support to clients through various online communication channels such as email, chat, and phone.

Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients through various online platforms to understand their needs and provide suitable solutions
- Provide guidance and support to clients on products, services, and policies
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing any issues or concerns promptly
- Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and procedures
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve service delivery
- Meet or exceed performance goals set by the company

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in online consulting or customer service role
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple clients simultaneously while maintaining a positive attitude
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically under pressure
- Proficient in using various online communication tools such as email, chat, and phone systems
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets

Salary:
