Moderator for International Online Community

As a Moderator for our international online community, you will be responsible for maintaining a positive and engaging environment for our diverse group of members from Egypt, Kenya, and beyond. You will monitor and moderate user-generated content, ensuring that all posts adhere to our community guidelines. You will also be responsible for resolving member disputes and addressing any issues or concerns raised by our community members. In addition, you will help to develop and implement strategies to increase member engagement and participation in discussions and events. This role requires excellent communication skills, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to think quickly on your feet. Fluency in English is preferred but not required, as long as you are able to effectively communicate with our multilingual community members. This is a remote position with a starting salary of $1800 per month. Accommodation is not provided, but we do offer visa sponsorship for the right candidate.
