We are currently hiring a skilled Plasterer to join our team in Clairvaux, Canada. As a Plasterer, you will be responsible for applying plaster to buildings, walls, and ceilings to create a smooth and even surface. You will also be responsible for repairing any damaged plaster and ensuring that the final finish meets high-quality standards.

As our ideal candidate, you should have at least 2 years of experience working as a Plasterer in a construction or renovation setting. You should also have excellent knowledge of different types of plaster and how to properly apply them for various surfaces. Attention to detail and the ability to work independently are key qualities we are looking for.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by removing old plaster, filling any holes or cracks, and cleaning the area
- Mix different types of plaster according to project specifications
- Apply plaster using various techniques such as troweling, spraying, or spreading with a hawk and trowel
- Smooth out rough spots and ensure an even finish
- Repair any damaged areas by applying new coats of plaster
- Use tools such as levels and straightedges to ensure accuracy in measurements
- Clean and maintain all tools and equipment used on the job site
- Follow all safety regulations and use protective gear when necessary

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Plasterer in construction or renovation projects
- Knowledge of different types of plaster and their suitable applications
- Ability to read blueprints is an asset but not required
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials and work on ladders or scaffolding when needed
- Attention to detail with a focus on producing high-quality finishes
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent time management skills
- Good communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent

This is a contract position with a salary of 1800$ per month. The working hours are Monday to Friday, from 8am to 5pm. This job is suitable for men who have the necessary skills and experience. We welcome applications from candidates of all nationalities.
