We are seeking a skilled Finisher to join our team in Clairvaux. As a Finisher, you will be responsible for completing the final touches on various products, ensuring they meet quality standards and customer specifications. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail and technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform finishing techniques such as sanding, polishing, staining, and painting on a variety of products
- Inspect finished products for defects and make necessary repairs
- Ensure all finishing materials are properly mixed and applied according to instructions
- Maintain inventory of finishing materials and tools
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of projects
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Finisher or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of different finishing techniques and materials
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely
- Attention to detail and quality-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Excellent time management skills

Preferred Requirements:
- Experience with biometric passport production
- Bilingual in English and French
