Solar Installer - Clairvaux, Pakistan/Nepal (English speaking)


We are seeking a skilled Solar Installer to join our team in Clairvaux, providing renewable energy solutions in Pakistan and Nepal. In this role, you will be responsible for installing solar panels and related equipment at various locations. As a solar installer, you will play a crucial role in promoting sustainable energy and reducing carbon footprint.

Responsibilities:
- Install solar panels, inverters, and other equipment at residential and commercial sites
- Conduct site surveys to determine the best location for solar panel installation
- Ensure proper wiring and connections for optimal energy production
- Perform maintenance and repairs on existing solar systems
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or questions from clients
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in solar installation is preferred
- Previous experience as a solar installer is a plus, but not required
- Familiarity with electrical systems and basic construction techniques
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to work at heights and lift heavy equipment
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills (proficiency in English is preferred)
- Valid driver's license
