Architectural Designer


We are seeking a skilled and creative Architectural Designer to join our team in Clairvaux, France. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating and developing innovative designs for various architectural projects. You will work closely with clients and project managers to understand their needs and translate them into functional and aesthetically pleasing designs. This is a contract position with a salary of 1000$ per month.

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (French language skills are a plus)
- Minimum of 2 years experience in architectural design
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine project requirements and develop design concepts that meet their needs
- Produce detailed drawings and plans using AutoCAD software
- Utilize 3D modeling software such as SketchUp to create visual representations of designs
- Research building materials, finishes, and construction techniques to ensure cost-effective solutions without compromising quality
- Work closely with project managers to ensure design plans are executed accurately and within budget
- Communicate regularly with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the construction process
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in architectural design
