We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Commercial Architect to join our team in Clairvaux, Kenya. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings and structures. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and create functional, aesthetically pleasing spaces that meet their requirements.

To excel in this role, you must have a degree in Architecture and at least 5 years of experience as a Commercial Architect. You should also have excellent design skills, strong technical knowledge, and proficiency in relevant software such as AutoCAD and SketchUp. Experience working on projects in Kenya or other African countries is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design commercial buildings and structures according to client needs
- Create detailed drawings using AutoCAD or other software
- Oversee the construction process and ensure compliance with design plans
- Communicate with clients to understand their requirements and provide updates on project progress
- Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Conduct site visits to monitor the progress of construction works
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in architecture

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Commercial Architect
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp or other relevant software
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Excellent design skills with attention to detail
- Effective communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience working on projects in Kenya or other African countries is preferred
