Industrial Architect

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in Clairvaux. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings such as factories, warehouses, and manufacturing plants. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and create functional and efficient spaces that meet all safety and building code requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and requirements for industrial buildings
- Create detailed plans, blueprints, and 3D models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Ensure that all designs comply with local building codes and regulations
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the successful implementation of designs
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that plans are being followed accurately
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise during construction
- Make necessary revisions to designs based on client feedback or changes in project scope
- Keep up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in materials, technology, and construction methods

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- 3+ years of experience as an Industrial Architect or similar role
- Extensive knowledge of industrial building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, colleagues, and contractors
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Salary: 1200$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Clairvaux

Preference will be given to Pakistani candidates who have experience in industrial architecture. Accommodation can be provided if needed. Visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates.
