IT Manager


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to join our team in Remish. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our company's information technology infrastructure. This includes hardware, software, networks, and security systems. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing IT strategies to support our company's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all IT operations including hardware, software, networks, and security systems
- Develop and implement IT strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives
- Evaluate new technologies and make recommendations for their integration into the company's infrastructure
- Ensure the security of all company data and systems through regular backups, updates, and maintenance
- Troubleshoot technical issues as they arise and provide solutions in a timely manner
- Manage a team of IT professionals including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Monitor system performance to ensure maximum uptime and efficiency

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in an IT management role
- Strong knowledge of hardware, software, networks, and security systems
- Experience with project management methodologies
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively

Salary: $1000 per month (negotiable based on experience)

This is a full-time position with regular working hours. English language proficiency is preferred but not required. This job does not require relocation or provide accommodation.
