A prestigious architecture firm in Remish is seeking a talented and experienced Preservation Architect to join our team. As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for preserving and restoring historic buildings and sites, while also ensuring they meet modern building codes and standards. Your role will involve working closely with clients, contractors, and other professionals to develop preservation plans and oversee the implementation of restoration projects.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Preservation Architect
- Extensive knowledge of preservation techniques and materials
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:
- Conduct site visits to assess the condition of historic buildings or sites
- Develop preservation plans that balance the need for restoration with maintaining historical integrity
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure the successful execution of preservation projects
- Prepare construction documents, including drawings and specifications
- Monitor project progress to ensure it aligns with the approved plan
- Conduct periodic inspections during construction to identify any issues or deviations from the plan
- Provide guidance on materials selection and oversee their installation/implementation
- Maintain accurate project records and prepare reports as needed
