Remish Preservation Architects, a leading architectural firm specializing in historic preservation, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Preservation Architect to join our team in the beautiful city of Remish. As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for preserving and restoring buildings of historical significance, ensuring their longevity and cultural value.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of historic buildings and structures to determine their condition and any necessary restoration work
- Develop preservation plans that adhere to local regulations and standards while maintaining the building's historical integrity
- Collaborate with construction teams to oversee restoration projects and ensure quality workmanship
- Conduct research on the history of the building and its architectural style to inform restoration decisions
- Work closely with clients, stakeholders, and preservation societies to ensure project goals are met
- Keep detailed records of all preservation work done on each building

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture with a focus on historic preservation or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience working as a Preservation Architect on historic buildings
- Strong knowledge of local regulations, codes, and standards related to historic preservation
- Excellent research skills with the ability to accurately interpret historical information
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant software programs
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders
