Commercial Architect

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Remish. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings, such as offices, retail spaces, and hotels. Your responsibilities will include creating detailed plans and drawings, collaborating with clients to understand their needs and preferences, selecting materials and finishes, and managing the construction process.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial architecture
- Extensive knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Salary: 1000$ per month
