Senior Industrial Architect

Our architecture firm is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Industrial Architect to join our team in Remish. As the Senior Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of industrial buildings and facilities. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $1400 per month.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial architecture
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Experience working with international clients is preferred

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine their needs and requirements for industrial buildings and facilities
- Develop design concepts based on client specifications, budget, and timeline
- Create detailed architectural drawings using CAD software
- Oversee construction process to ensure compliance with design plans, building codes, and safety standards
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals involved in the project
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise during construction
- Prepare project reports and presentations for clients, stakeholders, and company leadership
- Mentor junior architects on the team and provide guidance on projects
