Position: Architecture Manager

Location: Remish, India

Salary: $1000 per month

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our growing team in Remish. As an architecture manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural projects from conception to completion.

Your main duties will include developing architectural plans, managing budgets and timelines, coordinating with clients and contractors, and ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations. You will also be responsible for leading a team of architects and designers, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in architecture or a related field, along with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. Excellent leadership skills and the ability to effectively communicate with team members, clients, and stakeholders are essential. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software is also required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop architectural plans that meet client requirements
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources
- Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and expectations
- Collaborate with contractors to ensure efficient project execution
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Lead a team of architects and designers
- Provide guidance and support to team members as needed
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Prepare progress reports for clients and stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, team members, and stakeholders

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Architecture Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software
- Attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Experience in project budgeting and resource management
