We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Remish, India. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and construction of various architectural projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts that meet their requirements and budget
- Create detailed architectural plans, drawings, and specifications for various projects
- Oversee the entire construction process to ensure that designs are implemented accurately and efficiently
- Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure successful completion within set deadlines and financial constraints
- Mentor and supervise junior architects and provide guidance on project tasks as needed
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design plans and building codes
- Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in architecture to continuously improve project outcomes

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 10 years of experience as an Architect
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other related software
- Exceptional design capabilities with a keen eye for detail
- In-depth knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, team members, contractors, etc.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from conception to completion

We offer a competitive salary of $1300 per month along with benefits including accommodation. This is a full-time position that requires our Senior Architect to have their own valid visa.
