Senior Architect - Remish

We are currently hiring a Senior Architect to join our team in Remish. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading and managing architectural projects from conception to completion. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop innovative design solutions that meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage architectural projects from initial concept to final delivery
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs, budget and timeline
- Develop detailed project plans, including budgets, timelines and resources
- Oversee the design process and ensure high-quality deliverables
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors and other professionals to ensure successful project execution
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architectural design and project management
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit and other relevant software
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively present ideas and designs
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects at once
- Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
- Experience working on commercial or residential projects is preferred
