We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Online Consultant to join our team in Wiltz. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing online support and guidance to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our products or services.

Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients through various online channels such as email, chat, or social media
- Understand client needs and provide timely and accurate information or solutions
- Build strong relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service
- Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and support strategies
- Continuously update knowledge on company products or services to effectively assist clients

Requirements:
- Fluency in English (other languages are a plus)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in customer service or sales is preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Must be willing to relocate to Wiltz (accommodation provided)
- Valid work visa and travel documents (visa and ticket will be provided)
