Solar Installer - Wiltz, Luxembourg


We are searching for a skilled and experienced Solar Installer to join our team in Wiltz, Luxembourg. As a Solar Installer, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining solar energy systems, ensuring that they are functioning efficiently and meeting safety standards.

Responsibilities:
- Install solar panels, inverters, and other necessary equipment on residential and commercial buildings
- Conduct site surveys to determine the best location for solar panel placement
- Connect solar panels to the electrical grid and perform necessary wiring
- Install monitoring systems to track the performance of solar energy systems
- Troubleshoot and repair any issues with existing solar energy systems
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with regulations and standards
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any questions or concerns from clients

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Solar Installer or similar role
- Strong understanding of solar panel installation techniques and safety protocols
- Familiarity with electrical wiring and basic construction principles
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Time management skills to complete projects within established timelines
- Valid driver's license
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy equipment

Preferred qualifications:
- Certification or training in solar panel installation
- Experience working with different types of roofing materials
- Knowledge of local building codes related to solar panel installation

Benefits:
We offer competitive salary packages starting at 1800$, commensurate with experience. This is a contract position with the possibility of extension based on performance. As this is a job for students, no English proficiency is required. We do not provide accommodation or visa sponsorship for this role.
