Architectural Designer

As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating and designing innovative and functional architectural solutions. You will work closely with clients and project teams to understand their needs and develop designs that exceed their expectations. Your role will involve conducting site visits, producing detailed drawings and plans, and coordinating with contractors and engineers to ensure the successful implementation of your designs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients and project teams to develop design concepts that meet their requirements
- Conduct site visits to gather information, assess feasibility, and identify potential challenges
- Create detailed drawings, plans, and models using computer-aided design software
- Ensure all designs comply with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Communicate design ideas effectively through presentations to clients and stakeholders
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the construction process
- Monitor project progress to ensure designs are implemented accurately

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Architectural Designer or similar role
- Proficiency in computer-aided design software such as AutoCAD or SketchUp
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal English
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

Salary: $1800 per month

Location: Wiltz (open to candidates from all nationalities)

Employment Type: Contract (with possibility of extension)
