Architectural Designer
We are hiring an experienced Architectural Designer to join our team in Wiltz. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating design plans and drawings for various construction projects. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other team members to ensure that designs meet project requirements and specifications. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of architectural principles, excellent technical skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Creating detailed design plans and drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
- Collaborating with clients to determine project requirements and specifications.
- Conducting site visits and surveys to gather necessary information for designs.
- Preparing project proposals, presentations, and cost estimates.
- Coordinating with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project.
- Ensuring that designs comply with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Reviewing plans and making necessary revisions based on client feedback or site conditions.
- Communicating effectively with team members, clients, and other stakeholders throughout the project.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in architectural design.
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit.
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Excellent technical skills with the ability to create accurate drawings and plans.
- Good communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly to clients and team members.
- Attention to detail and ability to work within tight deadlines.
