Job Title: Commercial Architect


We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Wiltz. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings, such as office buildings, shopping centers, and hotels.

Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss their project requirements and budget
- Create detailed building plans and designs using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Obtain necessary permits and approvals from local authorities
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals throughout the construction process
- Monitor construction progress to ensure that the project is being built according to plans and specifications
- Conduct site visits to inspect the quality of workmanship and materials used

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial architecture
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Proficiency in CAD software and other design programs
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month for this position.

Location:
This is a contract job located in Wiltz. While we welcome applicants from all nationalities, preference will be given to Indian candidates.

Accommodation:
This position does not include accommodation. The selected candidate would be responsible for finding their own accommodation in Wiltz.
