Commercial Architect


We are seeking an experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Wiltz. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as office spaces, retail stores, and hotels. This is an urgent position that requires someone with strong design skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts for commercial buildings
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings and specifications for construction projects
- Oversee the construction process to ensure compliance with design plans and specifications
- Communicate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Manage project budgets and timelines

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Commercial Architect
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural software
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and project management skills

Salary: 1700$

Location: Wiltz (remote work may be possible)
