Senior Architect for Innovative Design Firm in Wiltz, Luxembourg


Our innovative design firm in Wiltz, Luxembourg is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Architect to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading the design process of various projects, from conceptualization to construction. This position requires excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as a strong eye for detail and creativity.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts that meet their requirements
- Lead project teams and delegate tasks effectively to ensure project deadlines are met
- Prepare and present design proposals to clients, incorporating their feedback into the final design
- Use computer-aided design (CAD) software to create detailed drawings and 3D models
- Oversee the construction phase of projects, ensuring designs are implemented accurately and efficiently
- Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies to continuously improve the firm's design processes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Architect, preferably in a leadership role
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other relevant software
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations and construction methods
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, team members and contractors
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Indian nationality preferred
