Quality Assurance Engineer - Biometric Passport

As a Quality Assurance Engineer for our biometric passport project, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our biometric passport system. This is a contract position based in Wiltz, with a salary of $1100 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute test plans and test cases for the biometric passport system
- Identify and document software defects, working closely with developers to resolve them
- Continuously monitor and improve the overall quality of the system
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all aspects of the system are tested
- Stay up-to-date on industry standards and best practices for quality assurance in biometric technology
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the QA team

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in software quality assurance, preferably in biometric technology
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and tools
- Familiarity with ISO/IEC 19794 standards for biometric data interchange formats
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
