IT Manager for Global Technology Company in Dickirch

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to join our global technology company in Dickirch. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for managing our company's information technology systems and infrastructure. This includes overseeing the installation, maintenance, and security of hardware and software, as well as managing a team of IT professionals. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of information technology systems, and the ability to identify and implement effective solutions to improve our company's overall efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and security of all hardware and software systems.
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure data security and compliance.
- Manage a team of IT professionals including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Identify areas for improvement within the company's technology systems and implement effective solutions.
- Ensure all systems are operating efficiently with minimal downtime.
- Manage relationships with external vendors for hardware/software purchases or support services.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to improve company processes.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum 5 years experience in an IT management role.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team.
- Extensive knowledge of computer hardware/software systems, networking, security protocols, etc.
- Experience developing effective IT policies/procedures.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and implement solutions quickly.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Salary: $1300 per month

Location: Dickirch

Preference will be given to candidates who are Indian or Filipino nationals or those who have experience working in an English-speaking environment.
