We are currently hiring a skilled Network and Systems Administrator to join our team in Dickirch, Kenya. As a Network and Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining and managing our company's computer network systems. Your duties will include installing and configuring network equipment, troubleshooting network issues, performing regular backups, and ensuring the security of our systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of network protocols, experience with network hardware and software, and excellent problem-solving skills. This is a contract position with a salary of 1700$ per month, including free visa and ticket. Fluency in English is not required for this position.

Responsibilities:
- Install, configure and maintain network equipment such as routers, switches, firewalls
- Troubleshoot network issues and perform necessary repairs or upgrades
- Monitor network performance to ensure smooth operation
- Implement security measures to protect against cyber threats
- Perform regular backups to ensure data integrity
- Collaborate with other IT professionals to design and implement new systems or upgrades
- Provide technical support to end-users regarding network issues
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in networking technology

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Network and Systems Administrator or similar role
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP protocols
- Experience with Cisco networking equipment
- Knowledge of network security practices
- Familiarity with backup and recovery procedures
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
