PHP Developer
We are seeking a skilled PHP Developer to join our team in Dickirch, Luxembourg. As a PHP Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining web applications and websites using the PHP programming language. Your main duties will include writing efficient code, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with the design team to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code for web applications and websites using PHP
- Troubleshoot and debug code to fix issues and improve performance
- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces
- Develop and maintain databases to support web applications
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in web development
- Communicate project progress to team members and stakeholders
- Continuously improve existing codebase through refactoring and optimization
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven work experience as a PHP Developer or similar role
- Strong knowledge of PHP web frameworks such as Laravel, CodeIgniter, or Symfony
- Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery
- Familiarity with relational databases such as MySQL or MongoDB
- Understanding of server-side templating languages such as Twig or Blade
- Experience working in an Agile development environment is preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
