Team Lead

As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of individuals to achieve our company's goals and objectives. You will oversee the day-to-day operations of the team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate team members to reach their full potential
- Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance
- Communicate clear expectations and provide regular feedback to team members
- Ensure that all team members adhere to company policies and procedures
- Monitor team productivity and quality of work, making adjustments as needed
- Collaborate with other teams to achieve cross-functional goals
- Identify areas for improvement within the team and implement solutions
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
- Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role preferred
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach
- Proficiency in relevant software programs (e.g. Microsoft Office)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

Salary: $1500 per month

Location: Dickirch

Preference: Indians with biometric passports preferred.
