We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Online Consultant to join our team in Dickirch, Luxembourg. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing virtual support and guidance to clients through various communication channels such as email, chat, and phone. Your main goal will be to ensure a positive customer experience by addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide online consultations to clients regarding our products/services
- Respond promptly and effectively to client inquiries via email, chat, or phone
- Identify and assess client needs to provide appropriate solutions
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and communication
- Collaborate with other team members to improve customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with company policies, products, and services

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as an Online Consultant or similar role
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically
- Customer-oriented with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field is preferred

Working Conditions:
This is a contract job with the potential for long-term employment based on performance. The salary for this position is $900 per month. The working hours are flexible but may include weekends depending on client demand. This is an urgent job opening so candidates who can start immediately will be given preference.

Location:
The position is based in Dickirch, Luxembourg. However, due to the nature of the job being online consultations, applicants from any country are welcome.
