English-Speaking Moderator for International Online Community (Dickirch, Luxembourg)


We are seeking a highly skilled and fluent English-speaking moderator to join our growing international online community based in Dickirch, Luxembourg. As a moderator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the quality and integrity of our community by monitoring user-generated content, responding to user inquiries and concerns, and enforcing community guidelines.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor user-generated content on our online platform and social media channels
- Respond promptly and professionally to user inquiries and concerns
- Enforce community guidelines and take appropriate action against any violations
- Collaborate with other moderators to ensure consistent moderation across all platforms
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and provide recommendations for improving community engagement

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (native or near-native level)
- Experience in moderating online communities or managing social media accounts preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to handle difficult situations tactfully
- Familiarity with social media platforms and online forums
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Experience working in a multicultural environment is a plus

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 900$ per month, along with accommodation provided by the company.

Location:
This position is based in Dickirch, Luxembourg. We welcome applicants of any nationality but preference will be given to Indian candidates.
