Moderator - Dickirch, Luxembourg (Indian Nationals Preferred)

We are hiring a Moderator to join our team in Dickirch, Luxembourg. As a Moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing online communities, forums, and social media platforms. Your main duty will be to ensure that all user-generated content complies with our company's policies and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor online platforms for any inappropriate or offensive content
- Review and moderate user-generated content
- Enforce community guidelines and policies
- Respond to user inquiries and complaints in a timely manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve community engagement
- Identify trends and provide insights to improve user experience

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their policies
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Prior experience in community management or moderation is a plus but not required
