Facade Technician


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Facade Technician to join our team in Dickirch. As a Facade Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of building facades. This role requires attention to detail, physical strength and stamina, and the ability to work at heights.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install new building facades according to design plans and specifications
- Repair damaged or deteriorated facades using appropriate tools and materials
- Maintain existing facades by performing regular inspections and completing necessary repairs
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors on facade design and installation projects
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations while working at heights or with heavy equipment
- Keep accurate records of work completed and materials used

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience in facade installation or maintenance
- Physical fitness and ability to work at heights
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to read technical drawings
- Knowledge of different facade materials and their properties
- Basic understanding of construction methods
- Excellent communication skills
- Valid driver's license

Additional Preferences:
We welcome candidates from all nationalities who meet the requirements. However, preference will be given to Pakistani nationals. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1800 per month.
