Formwork Carpenter

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Formwork Carpenter to join our construction team in Dickirch. As a Formwork Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing and assembling wooden structures, such as formwork for concrete foundations, walls, and columns. You will also be required to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings, measure and cut materials accurately, and use various hand and power tools to complete the construction process.

To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Formwork Carpenter or similar role. A high school diploma or equivalent is also required. Experience working with different types of formwork systems is preferred. You should also have good physical dexterity, hand-eye coordination, and the ability to work at heights.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Measure and cut materials accurately
- Assemble formwork using various hand and power tools
- Install reinforcing steel bars in formworks
- Pour concrete into formworks according to specifications
- Remove temporary supports after concrete has set
- Inspect completed structures for defects or flaws
- Repair any damaged formworks or structures as needed

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Formwork Carpenter or similar role
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience working with different types of formwork systems preferred
- Good physical dexterity and hand-eye coordination
- Ability to work at heights safely
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately
- Proficient in using various hand and power tools

Salary: 1800$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

City: Dickirch (must be willing to relocate if not already residing in the city)

Nationality: Malayalees preferred but all nationalities are welcome to apply.

Language Requirements: Must be able to communicate in English.

Visa Requirements: Must have own valid visa to work in Dickirch.
