Architectural Technologist

As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for the technical aspects of architectural design and construction. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and other design professionals to create detailed drawings and specifications for building projects. Your role will involve utilizing your knowledge of building materials, construction techniques, and building codes to ensure that designs are feasible and meet regulations. You will also be responsible for coordinating with contractors and overseeing the construction process.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop architectural plans and designs
- Create detailed drawings and specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Conduct site visits to gather information for design development
- Research building materials, construction methods, and building codes to ensure compliance
- Prepare project cost estimates
- Coordinate with contractors during the construction process to ensure designs are implemented correctly
- Communicate with clients and other stakeholders to understand project requirements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architectural Technology or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in architectural design or drafting
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Knowledge of building materials, construction techniques, and building codes
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate technical drawings
- Good communication skills for working with clients, contractors, and other professionals

Salary: 1600$
Location: Dickirch (Preference for Indian candidates)
