We are looking for a skilled and experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in Dickirch, Luxembourg. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and designs for residential projects. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to ensure that projects are completed efficiently and accurately.

Responsibilities:
- Create detailed technical drawings and designs for residential projects using CAD software
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to develop project plans
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather necessary information for project design
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes and regulations
- Review and revise designs based on feedback from clients or other professionals
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to continuously improve design processes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficient in CAD software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Attention to detail and ability to produce accurate technical drawings

Preferred:
- Experience working on residential projects
- Familiarity with sustainable design principles

We offer competitive salary of 1500$ per month along with accommodation. Visa sponsorship may also be provided for the right candidate.
