Architectural Technologist for Indian Nationals in Dickirch, Luxembourg

We are seeking a skilled Architectural Technologist to join our team in Dickirch, Luxembourg. As an Indian national, you will bring your expertise and experience to our company and help us create innovative and functional architectural designs. Your role will involve working closely with architects and engineers to develop plans, designs, and technical drawings for various construction projects. You must have a strong understanding of construction materials and techniques, building codes and regulations, as well as excellent technical skills in CAD software.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop detailed architectural designs
- Create technical drawings using CAD software
- Conduct site visits to gather information and make necessary measurements
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Research construction materials and methods to recommend the most efficient options
- Communicate with contractors and suppliers to obtain quotes and discuss project requirements
- Review project plans for accuracy and feasibility
- Make revisions to designs based on feedback from clients or team members

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architectural Technology or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural design
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, building codes, and safety regulations
- Proficient in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail
- Indian nationality preferred
