Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Architectural Designer to join our dynamic team in Dickirch, Luxembourg. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating and designing innovative architectural solutions for various projects. This is a contract position with an attractive salary of 1500$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and vision for the project
- Develop conceptual designs and present them to clients for approval
- Prepare detailed drawings and specifications for construction
- Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software to create models and renderings
- Conduct site visits to ensure design feasibility and compliance with regulations
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure successful project completion
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Architectural Designer
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other CAD software
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous projects and design skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (Filipino candidates preferred)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
