We are seeking a talented Commercial Architect to join our team in Dickirch, Luxembourg. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings, such as offices, retail spaces, and hotels. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop designs that meet their budget and functional requirements. This role requires strong creative and technical skills, as well as excellent communication and project management abilities.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss their commercial building needs and preferences
- Develop design concepts that align with the client's budget and objectives
- Create detailed drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the project runs smoothly
- Monitor construction progress to ensure that it aligns with the design plans and specifications
- Review materials and finishes to ensure they meet quality standards
- Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure deadlines are met
- Resolve any design or construction issues that may arise during the building process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Proven experience in commercial architecture projects
- Strong knowledge of CAD software
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Fluent in English

Salary: 1700$ per month
