Architecture Manager - Dickirch, Luxembourg

As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural projects in Dickirch, Luxembourg. Your main duties will include developing and implementing design concepts, managing project timelines and budgets, and coordinating with clients and other team members. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all designs comply with relevant codes and regulations.

To excel in this role, you should have extensive experience in the architecture industry, particularly in managing projects from conception to completion. You must also have strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively communicate with clients, team members, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop design concepts and oversee the production of detailed architectural drawings
- Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure timely completion within budget constraints
- Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and provide regular updates on project progress
- Collaborate with other team members including architects, engineers, contractors, etc.
- Ensure compliance with local codes and regulations
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Oversee the selection of materials and finishes for each project
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in the architecture industry
- Extensive experience managing projects from conception to completion
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Knowledge of relevant codes and regulations in Luxembourg is preferred

- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
environment
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other drafting software
