Senior Accountant


We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join our team in Lom, offering a competitive salary of $1400 per month. As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the financial operations of our company. This is a full-time position with accommodation and free visa and ticket provided.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day financial activities of the company
- Prepare financial statements and reports for management
- Develop and maintain accounting policies and procedures
- Manage budgeting and forecasting processes
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors
- Monitor cash flow and manage bank accounts
- Review and reconcile general ledger accounts
- Conduct monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing processes
- Train and mentor junior accounting staff
- Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting or finance role
- CPA certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of GAAP principles and financial reporting standards
- Proficient in MS Excel, QuickBooks, and other accounting software
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively

Preference:
-Filipino or Kenyan nationality preferred
-Prior experience working in an English-speaking environment
